Does anyone know whether Area Based Grant is going to ger clobbered as part of the CLG's £500m in cuts? This is important because it's what SP Grant went into and it's not ringfenced either.

I have heard from a friend of a friend that the area based funding is going to take a major part of the hit  looks like we poor providers are going to have to face another round of cross the board cuts in 2010
